New features:
1. Add success chances tooltips when doing manual interactions with precepts. (Toggleable in mod settings)
2. You may select pawns from other factions as target with these precepts. (Toggleable in mod settings)
3. Add a tooltip showing how long a couple has been together and their anniversary day in social tab.
4. Add log of romantic interactions in pawns' social tabs.
5. Add tales of kissing, which may appear in art descriptions.
6. Add social impact of other romantic interactions except for kiss.
7. Time-consuming romantic interactions canceled in the middle of the process will give pawns partial bonus.

Fixes and Adjustments:
1. When the partner is sleeping, romantic interactions may result in long waiting.
2. In some cases, romantic interactions are aborted incorrectly after completion, resulting in no increase in their need.
3. Cache of instruments did not refresh properly after loading another save.
4. Cache of pawns' lovers did not refresh immediately after their social status change.
5. Re-balance some thoughts and interactions.
6. Text adjustments and translation fix.
7. Adjust few animation effects.
8. Refactor our lord jobs.

In this version, I fixed all known bugs and completely review and rewrite the whole project.

Bugfixes:

Romantic interactions interrupt pawns' current jobs.
Romantic interactions ignore the allowed area.
Potential bugs in getting joy together interaction.
Potential bugs in pillow talking interaction.
Potential bugs in sky gazing together interaction.
Pawns kiss outside in the space in SOS2.
Wrong default values for interaction weights in mod settings.
Romance-related precepts not working as intended.

Enhancements:

Added a decay setting for romance need.
Smarter AI in romantic interactions.
Huge performance improvements.
Other codes refactor for better readability and extensibility.
