Adjusted the Spawnrate of the Cultists in Champion-level Quests.

Changed the loot-table so the 2 Trophies should drop now (hopefully).

Fixed an oversight, regarding Monsterspawning when completing the Manor Quest.

They should finally be able to spawn now on regular dungeons.
