Fixed:

Changed the logic of the weapon attachments, now attachments should not fall to the ground when player entering to server;
After 1.17 on Elcan SpecterDR scopes it was impossible to switch to a mechanical sight;
After 1.17, when switching magnifier on EOTech HHS-1 scope, the aiming point was lost until powering up or down;
6Kh5 bayonet knife did not have the functionality of a knife;
Now Maska-1 helmet could not be wear with an NVG headstrap;
Wet clothing could not be wring out;
6B23 with 6sh112 had much better protection than without 6sh112;
Repairing 6B43 not spend epoxy putty;
AVS Tagilla had wrong color radio pouch;
AK-103 had too high a rate of fire;
AK-104 did not display universal flashlight;
AK-105 bullpup and M14 DMR had hidden slots visible;
M14 did not display suppressor;
Universal flashlight had wrong position on XRSU47SU handguard;
Buttstock adapter was not working on the Ots-12.
