Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue related to PGOv2 where Plated, Hazmat, and Stasis Vest Modules are not buildable after obtaining them from Experimental Armor Modules project. Thanks to SOPHIA for the report.
  • Minor localization fixes.

  • Experimental Armor Modules project duration has been reduced by 30% (regardless of campaign difficulty). Hopefully this would further help in early to mid game.
  • Converted Anti Stun Vest from [WOTC] Advent Drone.

    New stuff

    • Introducing Companion Modules! Companion modules are of type Utility, and can only be slotted in when its main buddy is already slotted into the armor. These are the first 3 companion modules made.
      • New armor upgrade: Plated Vest Companion Module (removes armor from Plated Vest Module and gain 20% damage reduction).
      • New armor upgrade: Hazmat Vest Companion Module (66% damage reduction from explosions ala Blast Padding).
      • New armor upgrade: Stasis Vest Companion Module (additional 1 HP healed per turn that is not counted towards max heal per mission, and recover 10% Will when healed by stasis vest module)
    • Purifier Autopsy was rendered useless with this mod. Implemented new feature so that Purifier Autopsy Bonus is granted when at least one vest upgrade is equipped.
    • With above, [WOTC] Reinforced Underlay Plus also received compatibility treatment.
    • Same goes to Synthoids mod.

      Bug fixes

      • Fixed a bug where overriding messes up mutual exclusions. Only the Jet Packs were affected.
      • Fixed the costs for Smart Slot Module (as reported in mod's comment section).

      • New armor upgrade: Shield Generator Module (+2 ablative, regen 2 ablative per turn up to 6)

        New Stuff

        • Converted WalkerServos from WotC Microstim Implants mod to armor upgrade.
        • Disallowed some upgrades on some armors e.g. Grapple utility upgrade cannot be equipped on Spider Suit (configurable).
        • Introduced new Psi Shield Module - Utility Type. Gain ablative points based on Psi Offense Stat. Part of Experimental Armor Modules Project.
        • Introduced new Adreno Flight Module - Utility Type. Gain +3 Mobility when taking damage. Part of Experimental Armor Modules Project.
        • Introduced new Smart Slot Module - Utility Type. This one here is a bit special. When slotted, it gives an additional upgrade slot to the armor and disables mutual exclusions on upgrade types so you could use 2 vest upgrades. Buildable when Codex Brain research is completed in Shadow Chamber.
        • Made utility upgrade benefits show up as icon in tactical.
        • Included new default icons for utility upgrades.
        • Included new inventory images for utility upgrades.
        • Experimental Armor proving ground project has been made available as soon as Proving Ground is up (no longer requires Advent Shieldbearer autopsy). This should help with early to mid game struggles.
        • Made a change to Advent Shieldbearer Autopsy. The autopsy makes Plated Vest Module buildable in Engineering.
        • Provided a way to override upgrade type via config.

        • Fixed an issue where armor upgrades are showing up under Weapons tab instead of Armor.

        New stuff
        • Converted Nanoweave and CodexModule to armor upgrade from Metal Over Flesh Redux mod - allowed on Sparks.
        • Converted PsiVest vest to armor upgrade from [WOTC] Corrupt Avatar mod
        • Converted RageVest vest to armor upgrade from Better Alien Ruler Rewards mod
        • Some armors will now receive 1 slot instead of 2
