Update graphics, icons, add expansion props to area, changed description.
Should be no more updates except for bug fixes.
Moving to 'Enoch-Traders' MOD, has this area and more including support for Dr Jones Traders.

Simplified installation to copying the key and adding 1 line of code to missions init.c file.
Added lights for 3 traders that come on at night.

Sorry to subscribers, I had to change the name to 'Topolin-Traders'. Wont do a breaking change like this again.
