BIG UPDATE

- A new bloodline & artifact available when an Amazonian has collected a grand total of 27 'enemy stones', the equivalent of 3 Impressive Collections. This takes a long time to achieve.
- Broadened several Amazonian decisions to be available if possessing an active bloodline that allows Enatic-Cognatic Succession. This is to help the Daura tribe in Hausaland.
- Legendary Amazonians can now challenge Giant-Kings (aka Anunnaki) in a fight to the death. If you lose, you die.
- The player Grandmistress of the Hall can now be challenged by the AI. Death remains a distinct possibility for losing the duel. Consider abdicating leadership instead.
- Arberians and Alans (from Byzantine culture group) can no longer flip to Themiskyran and will instead flip to Illyrian and Scythian, respectively.
- Abortions now available regardless of Tolerance tech, but piety cost now dependent on it. No piety cost at level 6 Tolerance.
- Courtiers in love will simply request their liege's permission to marry, rather than getting married in secret.
- Moved the de jure homelands of the Parthians to the duchy of Merv (instead of the duchy of Khorasan) and the Pritani to the duchy of Essex (specifically the county of Essex). These duchies required to establish protectorates.
- Female direct vassals of neighbouring realms may now request an Amazonian ruler to annex them. If agreed, the vassal declares an independence war on their liege and calls the Amazonian into the fight. Upon victory, the Amazonian will have the option to either annex or establish a protectorate.
- Forming an empire by decision as an Amazonian now requires complete control of specific counties in and around the homeland. Prestige cost has been lowered. Custom title upon gain.
- Multiple counties, duchies and kingdoms will have their names adjusted if they come under the control of Amazonian-cultured rulers.
- Removed the provincial modifiers that buff Amazonian empires. Kushites, Carthaginians, Etruscans and Pritani gain a secondary cultural castle building instead for specific terrains.
- Unlanded men in Amazonian/Ishtarian cultures will gradually lose claims on territories within the same realm. This is to prevent males being installed by factions or conquering as claimants.
- And many, many, many, little changes too numerous to list.

TWO NEW RELIGIONS

- ISHTARIAN, an enatic religion for the Amazonians led by one Legendary Amazonian randomly chosen as the messiah (whether she wants to or not). Ishtarians gain a 10% fertility bonus.
- Use 'set_char_flag make_me_ishtar_flag' in console to call dibs for yourself, or set the Common-Player game rule.
- The messiah must be either a Brilliant Strategist or Seductress because she's a goddess of love and war. Fortunately, martial education can be improved at the Hall of Heroines.
- Ishtarian can appear naturally in the game when the messiah wins major battles. There is a 10% for a random realm province to convert, at which point the messiah will get an event to convert or resist. Similarly, losing battles causes provinces to get unhappy.
- New events appear for the Messiah as Moral Authority increases, with the ability to force the religion to adopt absolute enatic succession at 75%, then unlocks the 'Child of Destiny' invasion cb for the messiah at 100%.
- Capturing Holy Sites further increases Ishtarian capability adding more features.

- ANUNNAKI, a religion for the Giant-Kings. Extremely aggressive, incestuous, with a mixture of Aztec and Norse features. Anunnaki gain a 10% morale bonus.
- All Giant Kings who spawn into the game will be of this religion (previously generic Pagan).
- Anunnaki is the parent religion, Ishtarian begins as the heresy.
- Every God King (and there can be multiple) has a 10% chance to convert a realm province with every battle victory.
- With every battle defeat, a God-King's Anunnaki province may flip to Ishtarian if the messiah currently exists.
- If the Anunnaki gain control of any of their five Holy Sites, it will unlock prepared invasions for their religion.

- Neither religion has a leader or holy orders (too bothersome to code), but both have holy sites dotted around the middle east and southern Europe.
- When one appears randomly, the other is far more likely to appear soon after.
- Both religions enforce female vassals and temple holders, but the Giant-Kings and male Anunnaki rulers retain Agnatic-Cognatic in leadership.
- Both religions can build Ziggurats, wonders unique to their group that act somewhere between a temple, a fort and a palace.
- Tribal holdings held by rulers of either religion can instantly be converted to Castles or Cities regardless of development level using only prestige, either through intrigue menu if tribal government or holding menu if already feudal or republic. Tribal vassals are likely to follow their liege's governmental direction.
- Either of these religions can be selected in Ruler Designer if you so wish, though the Messiah event chain is easier to begin if not already Ishtarian.

Important Notes
- When taking the decision to convert to an Amazonian culture as ruler, support must be achieved before any change of culture/succession can occur. This is to prevent Amazonian cultures from taking root before conversion has been successful. Supporters (characters with the Amazonian Sympathies modifier) will instantly be converted to the new culture. The conversion event will fire once 30% of realm characters have signalled their support - this requires them to like you.
- Drastically changed the way Amazonian cultures can spread. Any vassal of an Amazonian culture is forced into enatic-cognatic succession regardless of their own culture. Female vassals can take the decision to gain the Amazonian trait, and will only convert to their liege's Amazonian culture once they have it. Under-16 daughters of these characters can also then convert if their mother has the trait. Thus, after the initial decision, Amazonian culture can only spread enatically.
- Added a new culture, Valascan, available to Bohemians and Sloviens. Based on the legend of the Maidens' War where a warrior named Valasca led a female revolt against the tyranny of their new Premsylid king. Valascans have a unique ability that they can gouge out the eye of a non-Valascan male prisoner for a temporary boon. Small chance that you'll be able to keep the eye.

Less Important Notes
- All women with the Amazonian trait will be able to take a targetted decision to castrate adult male prisoners for a temporary boon. Chance to keep the testes as well. Men don't like that.
- Added a very rare event triggered on unimportant independent lords where they are usurped by an Amazonian who will take the title of their de jure kingdom. This will only occur once per Amazonian culture, if no other character has managed to establish that culture, and if the de jure kingdom title doesn't yet exist. Each culture has the potential to appear within one of two de jure kingdoms. For example, Themiskyrans might appear in either Trebizond or Anatolia, Scythians in Crimea or Alania, Pritani in Wales or Scotland, etc.
- Added another event, but quite circumstantial, that allows Amazonian rulers to force a full enatic succession on their titles. Can be reversed by a targetted decision on own portrait which bumps all successions back down to enatic-cognatic.
- Amazonian culture will now spread much slower AND requires any liege with the amazonian trait. Similarly, vassals with a traited direct/top liege will be forced into using enatic-cognatic succession regardless of their own culture.
- The reward for forming an empire as Pritani culture is now a greatsword (claidhmorr) instead of a sling.

Update: Feb 7, 2023 @ 9:15pm

- Added a new game rule for prevalence of Amazonian cultures. Options include Default, Common (x10), Never, and Rare (x0.1). The decisions to adopt an Amazonian culture as ruler or convert from liege/spouse are removed for the AI under Never.
- Added conversion milestones as prerequisites to reforming Feminist Heresies and Feminist Caliphates, ranging from 10% to 50% realm character conversion. Check the Useful_Information document in the mod folder for specifics.
- The rate at which characters will adopt their liege's Amazonian culture is now also dependent on their own monthly prestige gain. The higher the gain, the slower they are to convert.
- Bloodlines acquired through Legendary Quests will now only be active for characters with an Amazonian trait or Hall membership.
- Legendary Quests will no longer feature a book as a reward.
- Amazonian protectorates who hold land within their traditional homeland (eg. Etruscans in Italy) will now occasionally pay their protector to transfer a random de jure county. They will not request a territory held by the protector directly, nor will they request if they have been denied recently.
- The health bonus and fertility malus of the Amazonian trait have been hidden, though are still active.

Update: Nov 29, 2022 @ 1:59am

Major updates
- Converting to an Amazonian culture through the decision menu is now much harder, with more steps, and takes time. The first event will only change the decision taker's culture and hit them with a modifier that increases risk of revolt and lowers male opionion. The second event will occur once 30% of realm characters have converted to the decision takers Amazonian culture OR the capital becomes that culture. Once this happens, the modifier will be replaced with a beneficial version, the capital will flip culture and the game continues on as previously.
- Moved Scythians into the West Slavic group, though conversion into Scythian still requires East Slavic. This was the easiest way to prevent them turning russian either by event or decision. Also gives access to the Hussar retinue which is probably more appropriate than the Druzhina.
- Rulers with the Amazonian trait no longer suffer from the Agitated Nomads province modifier. It is automatically removed. Conquer freely.
- And lots of minor updates that only I would possibly find interesting.

Update: Jul 4, 2022 @ 11:56pm

- Gaining monthly Fame within the Hall of Heroines should now be easier.
- Tributaries (and vassals of tributaries) should now have access to the 'Hire a Midwife' decision if their suzerain has the required tech level.
- Added a decision to get an abortion. Requires Tolerance level 3 (yours or any overlord) and a few coins to pay for it. AI won't take the decision unless they have a troubled or difficult pregnancy and don't have a midwife available or if the pregnancy is the known result of adultery. Piety/Gold/Decadence penalty depends on religion, pregnancy danger and status of women law.
