Lowered the FPS hopefully that fixes the problems some users were having. I can revert it to the the other 60fps version prior to the change audio quality will suffer tho.

Seems 120fps is working ATM "At least on my machine" so I'm gonna revert to the 120fps version. lemme know if its causing problems and I'll switch it back.

Well apparently Wallpaper engine does not like HEVC/H.265 Videos very much which the last two updates happened to be:(. That most likely is what was causing the playback problems. So I made a 60fps H.264 version instead which is sad cuz HEVC is alot better when it comes to file size & quality.

120fps was not playing properly in Wallpaper Engine. plays fine in video players:(. so I made a 60fps version instead.
