-changed initial research project cost from 3500 to 2500 as i felt a prerequisite project with no unlocks should be easier

-fixed typos

-changed steel yield from 10 to 8 (will reduce further if still too op)

-increased cost of tier 2 (now 5800 base research) and tier 3 (now 6500 base research) to better match the value and usefulness of the unlocked materials (for example: you shouldn't be able to just create a giant plasteel/uranium/gold farm early game)
