Fixed duplicate assembly detection, current mod id potentially being incorrectly recorded for logging, and issues caused by MakeLorId potentially being inlined. Removed GetModPath patch (duplicated in Assorted Fixes). Fixed BuffExtension.Modify calling OnGainChargeStack even if gain was not byCard (to match vanilla AddKeywordBuf behaviour). Updated ExtendedLoader, UnitRenderUtils and AssortedFixes.

Moved formation index patch from SummonLiberation to UnitRenderUtils. Updated UnitRenderUtils and AssortedFixes. Fixed a bug in SummonLiberation's SummonUnit (using -1 for automatic index was causing the unit to spawn at -1 index if no other units of the same faction were present).
