Added a new config that lets you increase the smelting speed.

Fixed an issue for servers where breeding was not working properly outside of lava, changes were made that adds a 10 second timer after a magmasaur is spawned before they will be able to breed.

-Fire projectiles now cost 5 food per shot.
-Forge mode now costs 2 food per tick.
-Magmasaurs now swim much faster.
-Added 2 new INI options that allows you to enable underwater damage and Instant fire projectile charge, see the mod details for more.

-Reduced the food consumption by a lot when launching the fire projectiles.

-Fixed an issue with baby magmasaur's not giving the correct amount of imprint.

-Tamed Magmasaurs will no longer damage tribe owned structures.
-Baby Magmasaurs will grow a little faster.
