Last hot-fix I hope... apparently structural integrity DOES apply to a CV once it is made a POI, my bad. ;)
Also added generators to a few of the flagship wrecks in the process that were not powered so the weapons will now shoot at you as intended.

NTY faction was not activating properly on the new Flagship Wreck POIs on Ratania playfield, so changed them to Legacy. No other changes.

Updated entire static star system layout. Increased overall difficulty by a substantial amount. Added several new start options (now 23 total). Added planetary descriptions on all 165 static playfields. Created roughly 50 new playfields, including asteroid field templates trade station templates in all 8 static stars. Each of the 8 factions now possesses it's own flagship. Beware Malbojah, the DIE (DeathIsEternal) faction flagship. /evilgrin. - Rat

KEG is BACK IN ACTION! Some playfields have issues, but the main block set is now complete, special thanks to Tialuna Rem-Iskalia as she has updated the files for her own scenario which use the KEG based additions.
