- Sync RE updates from Sep 27 - Oct 1 includes:

- tweaks to sentinel flak turrets
- add solar cells to more traders
- the newest POIs have their own unique traders and missions
- remove homing from laser turrets and other minor weapon tweaks
- some traders now buy the new v1.6 items like salt, graphite, etc
- bug fixes, etc

- Lots of weapon tweaks
