This update corresponds with the Reforged Eden 1.7 update (build 20)

Posted just barely more than 24 hours after the first public Reforged Eden 1.7 update :)

If you want to play the RE 1.6 scenario instead, you will have to use an older version of this scenario

Changes from my previous version that are not just because of the RE1.7 changes

- Further reduced amount of stars from my 14-17k down to 12-14k, size remains same
- Base teleporter now gives 180 LY range instead of 200 LY (was a bit far for a galactic radius of 450 LY (900 diameter)
- Slight tweaks to positioning of items on the galaxy map, very similar to last version, but taking into account a few things that have changed since
- Ever so slight tweaks to mass and carry volume of SV/HV cargo blocks, containers, and extensions, to reflect their 4x capacity vs vanilla game
- Most space sectors and extreme moons now have a 20% chance to be PvP instead of varying between 15 and 20%
- Added the PvP chance to several of the new sector types that have been added since RE 1.5
- Hell and Toxic planets now have a 30% chance to be PvP
- Trade station sectors should no longer have any PvP chance
- Added my 6km/10km Pentaxid detection range to ALL pentaxid-possessing systems, except the ones where RE had them set as 0km/0km, as those are now 3km/6km
- Right-click short-range detector ping will now identify any POIs within its ping range (instead of about half its ping range previously), unless the sector defines a custom distance (many do, but those are defined by RE, not me)
