fix

updates：
1.balance buff for some heros base on win rate statistics
2. rewrite some of the codes to improve the game performance

update:
1. now activate a rune will give other players on team a random rune effect for 15S (It was 5~15s random duration before)
2. fix shrine sometimes doesn't show up properly
3. tower's truesight is now as some as tower's attack range
4. reduce second tower and base tower 's total health
5. add new lv5 neutral item mechina

bugfix:
fix when player can't recieve data from server and can not switch hero from public pool

Fixed the problem that sometimes the game cannot be started while receiving data from the server for too long in hero selection phase.
Now the game will start in up to 30 seconds regardless of receiving ranking/behavior point data from the server,however, games that fail to obtain the data will not be recorded

fix rank score culculation error

1.Now the lowest score of the rank score is 80. Players who are currently below 80 points will automatically change to 80 points after completing a game.
2. If there are players who abadoned the game other players in the team will get multiple automatic salary compensation based on the number of players who run away.

Ranking and behavior checking is now online.

1.Abandoning the game will allow you to play 2 rounds of penalty games. The player who is punished cannot switch heroes from the public hero pool, or reselect any heroes before the player completes the penalty game.
2. Players who are punished will give the team two extra heroes in the hero selection phase to compensate other players in the team
3.Players who complete two games normally will get an additional chance to reselect in the next game.
