10 new buildings added!

Remove building requirement for all world wonders.

Religion pressure:
Reduce pressure from atheism citizen.
Increase passive pressure from holy city and city with holy site.
Increase religion pressure from trade route.

Appeal:
Appeal effect of national wonder districts are now consistent with their corresponding districts.
Industrial zone, Encampment, and Harbor 's appeal: -2 to -1.
Industrial zone Tier 3 buildings -1 appeal for all tiles in city due to pollution.

Dramatic Ages mode:
Add game setting button.
Nerf CULTURE_INDUSTRY, HEARTBEAT_OF_STEAM, and FREE_ENQUIRY.

AI and game difficulties:
Add combat strength bonus when attacking districts cheat.
Add exoplanet expedition progress / turn cheat.
Add free diplomatic victory points cheat.
