Fixed a bug brought on with 1.5 where you could not place wall lights on the reinforced wall, as well as being unable to dye the walls.

Updated related build commands so you can not build the respective reinforced structures by clicking on an existing structure. for example, selecting a Reinforced Wall will provide a quick button to build the reinforced embrasure and reinforced door
