Sniper:
- Take Aim increased chance decreased from 100% > 50%

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where Spiked Armor passive would register on any damage taken instead of only attacks
- Fixed BlacK King Blade 3 recipe cost being too low
- Fixed Aeon Shield not being purgable/refresheable
- Fixed catchup system debuff not being set to the new updated values

Changes:
- Improved the XP formula
- Jagged Blade components have been reworked and added Jagged Blade 2 & 3
- Catchup system now gives or takes 25% of your gold income up to 3 times depending on far ahead/behind you are
- Bounty rune base XP increased from 50 > 200
- Bounty rune base XP multiplier per game minute increased from 10 > 50

- Now performs a hard dispel

Monkey King Bar:

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the catchup system would multiply the gold bonus twice
- Fixed a bug where the catchup system could not account for items on the ground/courier/backpack

Changes:
- Increased max level from 50 > 100 and reduced required XP needed per level
- Roshan attack damage decreased from 2000 > 1000
- Roshan BaT increased from 0.7 > 0.9
- Gold formula for hero kills have been properly adjusted for the change from 6v6 to 5v5
- Catchup system changed from 5% up to max 20 stacks > 10% up to max 10 stacks

Map:
- Reworked the support neutral camp structure
• This was done because the old structure allowed for easy abuse to gain more gold/xp than intended

Added new Twisted Scepter upgrades to the following heroes:

- Venomancer (Plague Pool)

- Fixed a bug where Trident of the Depths would deal damage twice (first normal hit, and then critical hit)
- Fixed a bug where the Aeon Shield immunity could not be purged

- Fixed a bug where Battlemage's Arsenal worked on illusions
- Fixed a bug where Battlemage's Arsenal Poison Strike would not apply if the wearer was magic immune
- Fixed Mage Masher granting attack range to melee heroes
- Fixed Battlemage's Arsenal bonus attack using attack orbs (can still use procs like crit)
- Fixed a bug where Nyx's Vendetta could be used repeatedly with Battlemage's Arsenal
- (Possibly) Fixed a bug where you would keep the lifesteal from War Banner when removed from inventory

- Fixed a bug where the Mirrored Reality illusion would benefit from Thrice Stricken

- Fixed Spiked Armor passive return reflecting damage as physical instead of same as the damage source
- Fixed Chronos Hourglass reducing cooldowns instead of increasing them for abilities when used in the anomaly

Balance:
Spiked Armor:
- Active return increased from 80% > 80 90 100%
- Damage Return no longer applies a healing prevention debuff on the attacker
- Damage Return is now calculated before any reductions
- Damage Return is now the same as the damage source

Aeon Shield:
- Cooldown increased from 60.0 50.0 40.0 > 90.0 80.0 70.0
