- You can now bypass CW focuses if you defeat the Commune faster

- Reduced the requirements for the conquest focus tree

- Poland no longer requieres to be both NatPop and PatAut, focus will now check if Poland is one of those ideologies

- Fixed Serbian and Transamur Localisation

- Fixed "Crystal Night" decision to appear only once, so player cannot get infinite Political Power and Stability

- Updated the French Empire Flag, to match the Nationalistic-Monarchist-Napoleonic style:
