Leaving and exiting a room with a harlot beggar in it no longer resets the number of payouts needed to get the item.
As a consequence, you can no longer use this to farm for clots if you have a lot of pennies.

Made it actually check that the thing being blown up was a harlot beggar before increasing the chance of a devil deal >_>
