Now there are different types of Pirate Specialists: Pirate Doctor, Pirate Treasurer, Pirate Builder, Pirate Cook.

Trait Changes

Luffy
Kills yield a percentage of the Growth Threshold rather than +1 for each kill
Luffy's Food Bin removed. It is now replaced with Franky's Shipyard, which provides a defensive bonus for all ships built in city. It also contains a Pirate Specialist slot. Franky's shipyard replaces Seaport.
1000 Sunny now has new promotion, Adam Tree Wood, which boosts defence by 30% and allows healing outside territory.

Shanks
New trait occasionally gifts units from protected allied city state only, rather than any protected city states. Chance for bonus has increased.
Removed Shank's Fort.
Added PArty Tavern. This unit contains 2 Pirate Specialist Slots, as well as adds +1 happiness. Replaces Opera House.

Buggy
Changed Buggy unique building to replace circus rather than theatre. Now grants +1 gold for every 4 citizens in city.
Removed Buggy Pirate Circus Unique Building.
Added Impel Down Escapees as a Replacement for Pirate Crew. If a friendly unit is adjacent to it, gains a 45% attack bonus.

Blackbeard
Increased chance of gaining free tech to 50%.
Removed Queen Annes Revenge.
Added Level 6 inmates. Replaces Pirate Crew. 100% attack strength against wounded units and heals upon destroying enemies.

Mihawk
New UA: Gain 20% more experience than usual.
Removed Mihawk Workshop.
New Unit: Humandrill. Unique unit that doesn't replace any other unit. Can only build 5. Is stronger than minute man and can perform 2 attacks.
New artwork and colors.

Ace
Removed Spade Factory.
Added new unit, Fire Guns. Based on Ace's attack, this units replaces Pirate Crew. Along with its bonuses, Fire Guns deals 15% extra damage and additional 15% against fortified units and cities.

Kid
Changed Crew to replace Pirate Crew instead of Legendary Ship
Fixed Kid not showing up in Game Setup.

Ivankov
Increased heal bonus to 5.
Ivankov doesn't rely on Lua Code any more.

Doflamingo
changed SMILE factory to have Pirate Specialists rather than engineers.
New trait: Killing units sometimes grants 500 gold. Unhappiness from population reduced by 10%.
New SMILE Factory features: Instead of using up coal resources, SMILE factory now requires either banana, citrus, or coal nearby to build in city. Provides +3 production to Bananna and Citrus resources. Retains the free promotion given to new units built in city.
Donquitoxe Family now replaces Pirate Crew! It has a new ability: 25% chance a unit adjacent to it "dies." immediately.

Law
Added a Pirate Specialist slot to unique building.
Removed Science Boost to building. Building now adds heal boost promotion to new units built in city.

Other
Roger: Changed Roger's Treasure Chest to have Pirate Specialists rather than merchants.
Drum: Added a Pirate Specialists slot to the building
Kuja: Added a Pirate Specialist slot to the building


Additions
Added Pirate Crew! Can build a maximum of 5 at a time, this unit heals extra on pillage, has 100% city plunder modifier, and doesn't lose movement points for passing by enemy units. Can be upgraded to Rifleman.

Added Pirate Specialist! +1 Science, +1 Production, and +3 Gold to city. Can be added to any building with a Pirate specialist slot.
*Note: doesn't add any Great Person points currently, and causes the text to read weird when scrolling over a building in City View.

Now there's custom building artwork!

Bug Fixes
Fixed Shank's trait. Now should display a notification message when a new unit or gold gift is received
Buggy's building is fixed.
Blackbeard's fort fixed
Various other fixes both internal and external.

Seperated mod for each expansion.
