-Fixed... quick fix of localisation where all new estates' loyalty and influence are labelled as "Farmer's". It spooked me.

-Estate Loyalties... Buildings now impact on estate loyalties, which represents job availability for each type of POPs.
-Estate Privileges... New estate privileges are added. You can now control migration and refugees in some degree.

-Importing Food Supplies... added a new diplomatic action under Economy category that you can import food supplies from a nation with National Food Surplus modifiers.
- Fixed... replaced some development costs.

-Estate Loyalties... Estate loyalties now more dynamic.
-Fixed... replaced some remaining development cost modifiers to governing cost.
-Balancing... lowered the dev requirements for Khmer missions so that the player can get out of the opening disaster sooner.

-AI... fixed the issue that AI builds Provision Factories everywhere.

-Living Conditions... removed the Living Condition factions and merged them into estates.
-Abolition of the Serfdom... the end of the disaster now gives you +2 Lower Class and -2 Upper Class POPs instead of 3.
-POP growth rate... all POP growth rates now slightly faster.
-Fixed... some script errors in POP events are fixed.

-New Estates change... How the new estates work is now changed so that the players can enjoy them from the beginning of the game. However, Farmers and Labourers now have restrictive "privileges", which can be removed thro Government Reforms and Abolition of the Serfdom.

-Fixed events... fixed some script errors for the players without the Mandate of Heaven DLC.
-Removed the infantry/cavalry ratio modifier from Horse Field building.

-Tribal Government states now get a heavy penalty on the speed of POP growth... to prevent the massive POPs stacks by the new Tribal Development mechanics with Leviathan.
-Estate Privileges which promote POP growth now consume monarch points generation... to consume your mana points for the late game play.
-Fixed the conditions of the new estates to show up... Farmers and Labourers estates now properly pop up when you pass the government reform even if you don't own Dharma DLC.
