v0.11 - Hotix 1
*Notes*
Did some balancing changes as i saw fit. Proton turrets are meant to be a shorter-range alternative to plasma weaponry that can bypass shielding, which makes them very strong. To prevent them from being too strong against xenon all proton turrets now have an equal range to xenon weapons.
Prices for some turrets also have seen increases in order to make them more expensive than their plasma counterparts.

- Increased price of terran plasma and proton turrets
- Increased price of paranid proton turrets
- Reduced range of terran proton turrets to: 5.2km
- Increased range of terran plasma turrets to: 5.5km
- Reduced range of argon proton pulse cannon to: 9.8km
- Reduced range of paranid proton turrets to: 5.5km
