Replicator changes
-Replicator blocks (ship weapon) now cost nanites to build
-Replicator blocks have their alloy cost halved
-Replicator blocks have 25% increased dps
-Added tradition tree for Asurans and Replicators
-Added ascension perk for the reps
-Changed replicator capital to a machine world

Economic changes
-replaced upkeep reduction in colony types with production bonus instead
-colonies with unupgraded capitals start with reduced growth (to reduce the effectiveness of land-grabbing strategies)
-capital planets now give extra stability, 10% amenities and 50% growth /assembly (this way early game becomes faster, while making tall play more viable)
-capital buildings now give pop production bonus depending on their level. It comes with an increase in upkeep cost just like the vanilla techs that improve capital buildings.
-automatic migration event now costs 100 energy per resettled pop
-active stargate on planet removes the resettlement cost of automatic migration
-ai never has to pay for resettled pops for balance reasons
-stargates no longer provide bonus research
-reverted psionic master production to 1 Psi with 25 Unity upkeep
-Psionic Beacon now only has 3 levels. First level is unlocked with Ascension II tech
-In addition to the tech requirement Psionic beacons require at least an upgraded capital with the third level only being available with max tier capitals.
-In order to allow the purchase of the first unique tech in the Ascension menu before Psionic beacons are unlocked Ascension techs now provide a base Psi income (though it will take time before enough Psi is accumulated this way)
-Ascension tech no longer boost psionic master output
-Fixed tradition giving bio assembly instead of pop growth (for the second time... now it should work)

-fixed catalytic converter food deficit not applying debuff
-fixed Atlantis stacking modifiers from installed ZPMs
-removed pop growth debuff from habitability on planets
-low habitability planets not only produce less resources but also have lower upkeep per job (pops only work slower they do not need more resources to actually create things)
-basic capital buildings reduce pop growth and pop assembly on planet. Tier 1 50% reduction Tier 2 25% reduction. Tier 3 0% reduction Tier 4 +25% increase (Hive empires only have Tier 2 and Tier 3 capitals)
-all empires start with Tier 3 capitals on their homeworlds

Economic Overhaul
-Pop production bonuses come with increased upkeep (still have more resources in the end)
-Reseach speed bonus increases negative modifier from being over admin cap
-Base pop growth in percent equals the planet habitability (previously 50% growth at 0% habitability)
-Removed all racial edicts (they dont need them, already have enough stacking modifiers)
-Nerfed Psi Energy income (same ratio as before but less base production)
-Production bonus from stability also increases job upkeep
-Governor pop production bonus increases upkeep as well
-Materialists have reduced unity income
-Spiritualists have reduced research income
-Ascended Clouds no longer have cooldown but cost 2500 Psi instead of 1500 (also less psi in general)
-Halved void seeker edict costs to compensate for reduced psi income
-Wraith get additional 1 growth with breeding pod tech
-ZPM got its bonus reduced but also costs less SR to make
-Removed all ship cost reductions from the game
-Removed all ship upgrade cost reductions from the game
-Removed or reduced somes of the ship upkeep reductions
-Reduced the ship hull/armor regen bonuses from tech / traditions
-Removed some tech that gave habitability
-Races that get extra habitability from their trait can no longer pick traits that give extra habitability
-Nox elders no longer give stability, only the sacred garden (effective stability bonus down to 10 from 25)
-Nox elders provide science instead


New ascension perk:
-Machine Ascension (for the asurans)

-Asgard bonuses not applying

-Changes to Traveler that i wont even list coz no one plays them anyway
-Hive and Machine districts give 4 base amenities and 1 fewer maintenance jobs
-Goa'uld are only created from Jaffa on planets with upgraded capitals (this is to prevent having 0 growth on newly founded colonies)
-Anubis ship section linked to proper tech (until Anubis ship computer is equipped, weapons dont fire anyway)

UPDATE TO STELLARIS 3.1 (LEM)

Further changes:
-Reworked economy (general production boosts come with higher upkeep)
-Reduced economic snowballing
-Reduced sgu missile health (along with their fast firing rate they easily overwhelmed pd)
-Nerfed "Research Center" "Logistics Hub" and "Floating City" buildings
-Disabled strike craft for races that dont have their unique version
-Ascended Clouds now only have 50% shield and armor penetration (direct hull damage was too strong)

Goa'uld:
-New ascension perk: Rise of Anubis (requires colossus ap)
-Linked Goa'uld Shield X to their ap
-Linked Anubis superweapon to their ap
-Jaffa pops require less consumer goods to help their economy
-Unique colossus computer allows it to attack enemy fleets (unlocked by Anubis ascension perk)

Nox:
-Nerfed Floating City
-Reworked autocannons, higher fire rate, less damage same dps (to counter missiles better)

Tau'ri:
-Reworked autocannons, higher fire rate, less damage same dps (to counter missiles better)
