- Slightly reduced AI willingness for peace
- Slavery events require you to be related to it either by owning slave producing provinces, having a certain production share or trading in, or having an ally or a +100 relation nation with those same triggers. Many events also require European nations to own provinces in Africa

- Added research agreement diplomatic action, allowing countries to share mana with each other through monthly +1/-1 modifiers

- Changed Russia's flag
- Added variable decision, showing dev click counts, Congressional Support and Imperial Decline

- Jewish religion uses church power mechanics from Protestant
- lots of Jewish religion events (will be worked on)

- Added quite a bit of Ottoman flavour, including:
- New Ottoman mission tree
- Sublime Ottoman State government
- 22 new Ottoman events including the Holy League of 1571, Return of Murad II and Subjugation of Serbia
- Janissaries estate, with privileges
