Update: Dec 6, 2022 @ 4:26pm

- Bugfix: Sectoral Rebellion decrease counter fixed (internally, will eventually incorporate it into the situation). Sectoral Separatists will now disband once conditions have been improved for a while (3 years for Frontier Sector, 2 for Integrated, 1 for Fundamental), or when all planets in the sector are incredibly stable (> 70) with little crime (<= 60).

- Bugfix: Slave Rebellion decrease counter fixed (internally, will eventually incorporate it into the situation)
- Change: Slave Rebellions can no longer occur on recently invaded planets (Culture Shock modifier)
- Change: Slave Rebellions now take much longer to begin. 3 years of instability for Frontier Sector worlds, 5 years for Integrated, and 10 for Fundamental.

Update: Dec 4, 2022 @ 8:13pm

- Change: Any countries created (from mods or otherwise) after game start will need to be around for at least 30 years before pops from that country can become nationalist.

- Change: Planets will now have a modifier applied to them indicating whether they belong to a Frontier, Integrated, or Fundamental sector, and will give modifiers for each. These designations have always been around in the background of the code, but I figured that I would give the players a visual representation of them as well. Fundamental sectors are likely to produce more nationalists when being conquered than Integrated Sectors, and same for Integrated to Frontier.

Update: Dec 4, 2022 @ 5:08pm

- Bugfix: Fixed Nationalist duplicate popup issue (I think).
