Leaders Pass update

- There were quite a few civilizations who had white colored backgrounds, meaning if they duplicated, they would be forced to change. Made and assigned several new white hues to prevent this.
- Australia now have their classic palette as primary colors.
- Macedon had one pitch black jersey, conflicting with city states. Now they have tiny wee bit brighter colored bg.
