Small bug fixes
  • Fixed bridge not destroying fully
  • Fixed not being able to buy charges after switching teams after having the charges in inventory.

The Final Blow
This is probably the last update for destructible inferno as I will be working on different projects now. I may update the map if any bugs occur due to updates.

  • The main building on bombsite A now crumbles when the bomb explodes
  • Added a shop where it is possible to buy breaching charges. Only in competitive game modes (including wingman)
  • Improved area on the other side of the gate on bombsite A
  • You can no longer boost to the top of bombsite A building anymore.
  • Improved performance, and reduced entity count (unfortunately openable windows on walls that had no purpose had to go)
  • While improving overall performance this update makes performance on bombsite A a little worse due to how the explosion is handled.

Known bugs
  • When the bomb explodes on bombsite A standing really close to the explosion will not deal any damage.
  • Sometimes charges do not get removed from inventory upon using all of them. Making the map replenish them for free.

Small update for now, it's almost impossible to get charges to stack because of limitations, so I fixed what I could.

  • It is now possible to pick up charges while holding the bomb
  • Added highlights for openable windows during warmup
  • Covered up gaps on wooden gates
  • Improved metal gate collision near second mid making it easier to throw nades and shoot through
  • Fixed displacements in extension near second mid

Additions
  • Concrete bags (near banana and church) can now be blown up
  • Wooden gates near bombsite A and second mid can now be blown up giving access to more areas.
  • Wooden logs will now roll below your feet if you stand on them, they can be blown up too!
  • Missiles will now launch when shot. They're really deadly so watch out!
  • Added a remeinder on loading screen for dedicated server owners.
  • Wall dividing kitchen and entrance from bridge can be now destroyed
Fixes and changes
  • Fruit crates can now be broken (thanks! Angel)
  • New bench breaking model (thanks! Angel)
  • Garage door doesn't dissapear after being blown up
  • Hay bales can be broken
  • A lot of tiny fixes which I forgot lol
Plans for later
For another update I plan to focus on competitive. I'll try to make it so that the whole team can divide charges among themselves so that one person doesn't need to have all of them.

Additions
  • Fixed physics props interactions with player cs_enable_player_physics_box (Thank you so much Angel for finding this)
  • The cart near bombsite can now be pushed (and ridden) by players
  • Garage door on A site can now be broken
  • Pillars on second mid near T Spawn are breakable (however they are sometimes buggy)
Fixes
  • Fixed not being to go through underpass when it's not destroyed
  • Fixed bell tower not rendering from bombsite B
  • Fixed displacements not connecting on the big patio thingy near the bridge
  • Increased force required to make railings break

There will be a complementary update later on as some physics still seem buggy with the new option (especially on the cart)
I also plan on adding more destruction to wooden gates which you can see on bombsite A as well as some more walls. I didn't have the time to do it in this update
