★ General changes:
— Added new game rules for AI buffing instead of the system being tied to vanilla strengthening sliders.
— Added a new subideology (purely cosmetic) for the Frost King.
— Added extra constraints for the AI buffing system so that it doesn't spawn tanks and mechanised for small countries.
— Fixed the AI buffing system spawning units in inaccessible terrain.
— Minor localisation improvements.

★ Arantiga changes:
— Added a new portrait for Reiner Greenfeather (IRI decisions general).
— Made Arantigan AI more aggressive if buffed.
— Fixed a bugged island hopping decision unavailable for players without Man the Guns.
— Added state highlighting for island hopping decisions.
— Fixed Blackrock being oblivious to your war justification via decision.
— Added xp to the special unit commander you get from the Prodigal Sons event.

★ Griffonstone changes:
— Added some constraints to prevent edge cases in which the player can complete the Break the Deadlock focus.

★ Northern Tribes changes:
— Added two new portraits for starting generals.
— Added custom weapon sprites and names from muzzleloaders to infantry equipment 3.
— Added a tooltip that clarifies the effects of Northern Weaponsmiths' primitive weapons improvements.
— Changed attrition modifiers to ones that actually function for army national spirits and medals.
— Changed Crush the Dream focus to work even if neither the Republic nor the National Army exist.
— If you choose the Frost King, the Endless Wastes and the Garden of Igennet will get a positive diplomatic modifier towards you instead of the negative one.

— Magical pre-gunpowder equipment (along with magical infantry) now available to the Northern Tribes via the Northern Weaponsmiths materiel manufacturer and MIO (no DLC discrimination).
— The Northern Weaponsmiths materiel manufacturer will now upgrade your primitive weapons over time, so you can effectively fight modernity with your poking sticks without giving Paradox Interactive extra shekels.
— Northern Tribes Pre-gunpowder Equipment picture slightly improved.
— Nerfed poking sticks (poked too hard).
— Minor code fixes.
