-Fixed some minor errors.

Brazilian focus tree:

-Now Brazil has to own 50 or more factories in order to form the Latin Entente.
-Now monarchist Brazil can ask for French Guiana even when not in a faction with France.

Argentine focus tree:

-Reworked the army branch so it has 4 sub-branches, just like Bolivia and Brazil.
