Riki: cloak and dagger no longer makes the hero invisible

Doom: Physical Power Absorption now has a divisor of 6. Damage from absorbed units cannot be stacked anymore.

Morbid mask: fixed

Oracle: touch of fate cooldown is now 2 seconds, instead of 0.8. As a test, "the prophecy" is turned on again (if there are any crashes, please report them.)
