- Already having claims on a state owned by a country no longer prevents player from claiming a state from them, unless claim button is set to only give claims.
-- It checks for having war goal/being at war depending on claiming option instead.
-- Even with option on only give claims, you can now claim other states from that country.
- Fixed use advisors from EaW option not disabling Ideological Crusader advisor.
- Fixed that random advisors option gave one more High Command Advisor than it should.
