Changes:
- Added the ability to toggle the docking magnets from the pilot seat, making undocking easier

Changes:

-Fixed boat balance.
- Changed engine idle throttle setting from .3 to .4, should prevent engine from dying while in idle at low RPS.
- Added small connector for bottom docking port so it's the same as the side ones.

- Added small bulkhead between docking hatches and main compartment, in case something goes wrong while docking.
