Nod Tick Tank:
• Deploy/Undeploy UserAction appear/disappear
• Improved Deploy Action, now directly useable while moving!

Nod Artillery:
• Deploy/Undeploy UserAction appear/disappear
• Improved Deploy Action, now directly useable while moving!
• Combat Mode UserAction has to disappear after clicking it
• Artillery Mode UserAction has to disappear after clicking it
• Arty Mode after using ArtyComputer view gets bugged to air
