Changed Arclight's event image

Hello everyone!
The main change in this update is the addition of events about the Riverlands Unification. I tried to create an event for every possible case of the unification of the region by focuses (not only through the branch of the river federation, but also the path of the Communists in the River Republic, Bakara, etc.).

-Compatibility with EaW 1.8.3.4
-Changed the conditions for the appearance of events for victory in the Great War. I was guided by the code that is used in Equestria at War, so now for the event to fall out, you need to annex Vesalipolis OR make the changelings a puppet. I did this for those cases where multiple countries can get an event at the same time.
-Now "The Collapse Of Stalliongrad" must appears when Stalingrad actually collapsed - either someone annexed the state with the city, or made Stalliongrad a puppet as a result of the war.
-Now "Stalliongrad marches on Equestria" event can only appears in the case when the civil war ended (for those, who wants to attack Equestria/Lunar Empire when civil war continues, i added an event "Stalliongrad Intervention")
-Now "War of the two sisters" will appear a little later, so as not to interrupt the "Daybreaker ascends" if possible
-Removed common events about the River Federation Unification - now there is an event for each possible ruler-unifier (at least I hope so)
-Changed images for "Lord Protector unites Herzland", "Triumph of the Republican Dream" and "Eternal Vengeance" (I want to move away from using b&w images as much as possible, but looking for images for some events is difficult)
-Swapped the images for "Stalliongrad Intervention" and "Stalliongrad marches on Equestria"
-Changed music for "Return of Grover II"
-Some loc changes

For those who think that there are too many super events in the mod or want to customize their game, I added a Configuration Panel. Using this, you can enable or disable appearing of certain events.
This panel will appear:

• At the start of a new game
  
• Using the "Open the configuration panel" decision
  
• Entering a command in the console - event eaw_superevents_settings.1
