Drow ranger now has the correct number of arrows from multishot, talent changed (removes multishot cooldown) => (multishot cooldown 1 second)
Arc warden talent changed (summons spark every second) => (summons spark every two seconds)
Phantom assasin changed chance of casting Dager 50 => 25
Tinker recharge ult 60 => 120
Shadow shaman chicken now works correctly
Dazzle shadow wave now works correctly
