Tengri: Changed +0.5 Cavalry Fire to +20% Cav Combat

Totemist:
Due to the new native system, they'll get +0.02 extra Tribal Growth until they'll be able to use the 2 colonists.
Replaced CCC with +1.0 Cavaly Fire

Sikh:
Still work in progress, it's planned to design it as "lategame" nation.

Dreamtime:
Nothing planned yet, though I can imagine giving them something related to the new Monuments.

-Changed available points in Custom Nation Games from 50-100-200-400-800 to 200-400-800-1600-3200.
This way people have more power over creating fantasy/roleplaying countries while still keeping the minimum of 200 for normal Multiplayer Games.
