- Implement global happiness controls

Eraser rewrite:
- Got rid of the terrible liquid sucker. Liquids can now be erased just like any other material.
- Visible reticle to enable accurate erasing
- Grid snapping with changeable grid size
- Filter which material or material type to erase
- Replace mode. Instead of erasing, you can now replace any existing materials.

Other:
- Wax moved to sands
- All damage removed from custom entity 'ball'

- Rename to "Radial expander" to not be so misleading
- Add three more sizes for playing around with
