Slowed down the left side and added a bit more movement on the "face melting thingy".

Also fixed some bugs, mainly on the top, and the bottom right, where the picture would cause to show the static backround imagine instead of the rotating one.
Don't be afraid to leave any feedback, as I'll fit the wallpaper accordingly.
