Reworked the patch operations, the mod should now work with any race mod.

Cleaned up the source folder.

In case of incompatiblity with a race mod, the mod now throws an error.

Additionally the mod now verifies and only runs the code if the pawn which gained a psylevel is a member of the colony, so it should not interfere with spawning pawns with psycasts.
