First release of the newly designed Communist tree.
The tree is mostly still empty but the localisation and the first few focuses are already filled.
This includes new portraits, flags and cosmetic country tags.

Tweaked stats and traits of generals to represent the generals historical role

Recoloured Minister Backgrounds (blue instead of grey-brown)
Reworked Military Land Branch. Focuses have been removed and added as decisions which cost political power to execute.

Added a nearly fully playable Democratic path with various events, focuses and decisions.
