Added some new compatibility for ACOT (some Submods) and AOT. I am not going to add ACOT or AOT as required mods. They are still not fully supported in the way that GE, PD, and GPM are supported.

Removed some additions that were made to PD's Voidborn changes. GE additions were just not making total sense.

Added some recent changes that PD made to its engine files. Remove is_wet, is_dry, and is_cold triggers
Made sure that changes from GE are synced up

Removed old decisions for terraforming habitats it was causing a weird bug

Implementing a new way of converting Habitats into Lifeless worlds or Gas Giant Habitat to Habitable Gas Giant
1 decision that has the same cost (including upkeep) and duration as Phase 1-3 combined of the normal megastructure.

After the decision is complete a new terraforming modifier will be added to the world specific to the type of lifeless world that you are converting to.

Then the terraforming cost and duration will mirror Phase 4 of the associated megastructure.

The old decisions and modifiers are still around for compatibility sake. I will be removing the decisions and modifiers from the old system if the new system works out.

Honest thoughts about the Planetary Habitats terraforming to Lifeless worlds. It is only useful when something like a Habitat is preventing a Dynamic Core Igniter from being built over a world. It was originally my way of working around the stacking of different megastructures. It was the core of the mod at first, but now I know more about modding and it is hard to make it fit.

Updated to the 3.2 Herbert.
Disabled the feature that allowed play as exotic atmospheres on certain megastructure origins from GE and Shattered Ring. Too many bugs.
Added support for special deposit types from Planetary Diversity to roll on GE lifeless worlds as well as the new lifeless worlds added by Giga Diversity
Added support to build special building types from Planetary Diversity on the Lifeless worlds that were added.
