Updated PD habitat decision to use space_owner to change giga's habitat variable.
Updated Terraforming for Gas Hab to Habitable Gas Giant: changed a few flag removals around.
Added a check for GPM modifiers and a way to get them to trigger in cohesive systems.

Fix to the EHOF Origin. The starting world will no longer be rerolled when a vanilla world is selected.

Integrated any updates made by GPM.
GPM changed the terraform files and have integrated the PD most recent planets and rare terraforming changes. I no longer have to overwrite GPM terraforming. If issues or changes will help compat this will change.

New code should allow PD terraforming modifiers to be assigned to cohesive systems, galactic Core worlds and other worlds that don't spawn at the start of the game.

Fixed Sulfur terraforming Mega

Fixed code in rare terraforming modifiers that prevented them spawning in huge galaxies.

Updated Exotic Terraforming Megastructures that had broken connections.

Lifeless Tidally-Locked and Lifeless Tidally-Locked Cold now have terraforming connections with Tidally Locked Gaia/Aquatic worlds.

Fixed the terraforming for custom lifeless worlds. The modifiers were not being added and removed properly
