-Revamp of the Vichy france focus tree. The tree now has access to the "devalue the franc", "economic" and "maritime" tree branch. By completing the focus tree, the player will have access to the modded facist focus tree.

-Instead of getting an "idea", the trans-saharian focus will now give consturction bonus only to some parts of north and equatorial africa. The player will have access to powerfull bonus if he manage to connect Alger to the Senegal state with rails in less than two year after taking the focus.

-Changed the method to get the death of rulers of the monarchist path. Instead of a somewhat random date, they will precisely die at the date of their real death.

-Corrected a bug who allowed french events to fire for other countries
-Corrected a bug in wich it was impossible to get Henri VI on the thrones
-Stability at the start of the game as been lowered from 80% to 65%
-The Commandant Teste hull now appear right at the start of the game
-The "third option" economic focuses now requires support from Socialist and Nationalist instead of democrats and conservatives
-The ask belgium to submit focus from the democratic path as been moved. It now requires to complete the "confirm eastern commitments" focus and can be completed by both political parties
-The Establish Sphere of Influence focus was hidden behind another focus, as so the facist path has been re-organized.

-Added 3 events related to Antoine de Saint Exupéry, Henri Guillaumet and Jean Mermoz, and possibilty to recruit them during war

Major change : The Senate
-While the Chamber of Deputies could propose and vote laws, they needed the approval of the Senate to work. The Senate is now a new element of gameplay you will have to consider to progress in the focuses.
-The chamber of deputies is an interesting mechanic but was used only for democratic path and only at the early game. Now you will need the support of the chamber of deputies for all paths, from communist to royalist. The chamber of deputies is also needed to take economic focus.
-The chamber of deputies and senate can now be disbanded by taking some focus, but you can also bring it back by taking other focus.
-If you don't like the composition of the chamber of deputies, you can now dissolve it and start new elections. At each election, the number of seat obtained by each party will depend of the ideological support in your country. But to do that, you will first need the support of the Senate, or take some focus that allow you to do it without the support.
