- Added the missing Forerunner Astroengineering tech research to the Ark Origin.

- Altered the Halo effect event to be more thorough in its targeting of organic pops and their colonies: Any planet that doesn't have pops that can survive a halo effect will have its colony destroyed. Pops that can survive the effect will still have an intact colony, but all biological pops will be killed off.
- Added a Swarm inflected planet counter to the halo effect event.
- Removed the halo effect modifier from stars after firing.
- Although it shouldn't harm pops within sharpened shield worlds, I added an additional trigger to prevent the Halo effect from occurring on this planet class.

- Added a new gateway: Slipspace Portal that operates like a gateway but only within its own network. Must have Slipspace Field Manipulation researched to construct them and Slipspace Portal Activation to use them. This will also prevent empires from travelling to Sharpened Shield Worlds or the Ark using a regular gateway. Any empire that uses any Forerunner civics or the Ark origin will have this tech at the start of the game.

- This portal megastructure has replaced the gateways for the Ark origin and Sharpened Shield Worlds.

- Slipspace Portal Activation that can also be researched by any empire around Tier IV.

- Rearranged the Halo Array spawns to be more evenly placed around the galaxy.

- The Ark's spawn location outside the galaxy has been moved to the bottom right.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the number of Huragok pops given from the genesis shield world decision.
- Fixed an issue with missing Huragok portraits.
- Fixed an issue with Huragok pops being immediately purged when created.

- Changed the administrator jobs to politician jobs for the Ark Citadel and Council Amphitheater deposits.
- Updated the Installation 00 origin tooltip.

- Made several changes to the Installation 00 origin where your starting location will be outside the galaxy.
- Two gateway portals will spawn (one with the Lesser Ark and one in a random system inside the galaxy) as a link to the known galaxy.
- Gateway travel technology will be given for this origin.

New Features:

The Ark now has its signature ability to activate and fire the entire Halo Array capable of wiping out all sentient life in the galaxy.

- This decision is only available on the Ark megastructure. It will activate every Halo Installation in the galaxy and fire them simultaneously with an increased kill range large enough to engulf the galaxy with the Halo Effect. A warning will go out to all empires of the impending doom (Remember that machine empires are not affected by the Halo Effect).

- Added the "Clarion Network" research that unlocks the decision to activate and fire all Halo installations in the galaxy on the Ark. You must also have the "Halo Activation Index" technology research.

- This new research will be available to anyone that owns an Ark Installation similar to getting the activation index research from owning a Halo Ring.

- Added the Ark system to the Halo Installation origin. It can only be accessed by gateway portal as its spawn location is outside the galaxy.

- Forerunner Warrior-Servant buildings have been buffed with additional modifiers and added warrior drone jobs for gestalts.
