[FIX] projectiles now correctly collide with and deal damage to the player
[REWORK] changes to health system as follows:
-New combo system rewards skillful play. the higher your combo, the more damage you deal, and the more health you heal
-dash slightly improved, however it now costs health to boost, use it wisely
-passive health regen removed
[REWORK] small mato now digs a bit of terrain, to make explosives more dangerous early on
[NEW FEATURE] you can now level up from big mato to hell worm, though it requires a secret task

[FIX] Loading a save should no longer corrupt your worm
[NEW FEATURE] Pick up the perk at start to enable "tranquility mode" no hunger, and passive health regen
[NEW FEATURE] Health now regenerates slowly while moving quickly after not taking damage for a while (configurable in config.lua)

Fire no longer deletes your health as Jattimato
You now recover a little more health per kill as Jattimato
