1.11 full update with all of the flags

1.11 working update

small fix:
- small fascist Hungary flag should now have CoA visible

Canadian puppet will no longer use the Union Jack flag when fascist or communist.

British Raj flag update. Neutral India will no longer use the British Raj flag when independent.

It's a shame that Linlithgow will still be the leader of the nation thanks to the vanilla scripting, but I intend to fix it with the newest Historical Immersion Event Pack update (the one that I'm currently working on). Please be patient and ignore Linlithgow for now...

Changed the controversial Austro-Hungarian flag.

New flag for communist England/UK, communist India and communist Sri Lanka.

Changed two of the most controversial flags:

- Fascist United States of America will now use the normal "stars and stripes" flag and not use the silver legion's CoA
- German Democratic Monarchy when formed via focus tree will now use "black-red-gold flag" instead of the design based on the merchant flag of Weimar Republic

- new flags added for Bulgaria and communist Portugal (changed the controversial flag design that was based on the party emblem from the 70's; flag should now be more realistic and less saturated)
