Added gold and provisions (provision frame made green for differentiation)

Gems added (with support for Hunting Slime's implementation of stacking gem icons!) - I may revisit in order to paint some shadows back in.

Patched up supply frame gradients and fixed some funky pixels on the guac cutout.
