Description disappeared?

Corrected a small bug.

The mod has updated to 1.1 version and some new interesting stuff came along!

-New Bretsk culture for Cornish, Welsh and Norse counties in Wales and Cornwall.
-New Irisk culture for Irish and Norse counties in Ireland.
-New Austmisk culture that will be in northern Scotland in Gaelic and Norse counties, (the name Austmisk comes from how the Norse-Gaels in the region called themselves "Austmen", so i tweaked with the name a bit to create a name with sonority so saying it isn't just flexing your tongue)

-Tweaked the events, so new options for you to chose the way you and your vassals convert.
-Removed the option (for anglo-norse only) to resist the conversion. (Why would you chose that if you dowloaded this mod?)

-Fixed a small bug that was making Players with their capital in the British Isles receive both the event to conver to their appropriate culture and, if they had any county on scandinavia, to it's culture. e.g. receive both the event to convert to swedish and englisk
