General:
- A large amount of general attack, movement, sfx, vfx, and gamefeel design have been altered
- Stats modified and overall decreased to move away from sandbert
- Meter is gained a lot faster when hitting players
- Meter can be lost by getting hit or getting parried
- New alts added

Jab
- Hitbox consistency improved
- Mobility added to allow for easier sliding tilts

Tilts
- Hitboxes and frame data generally cleaned up
- Mobility added to each to allow for easier sliding tilts

Dash attack:
- Distance increased
- Hitbox and frame data adjusted to improve combo potential

Fstrong:
- Effects adjusted
- Kb increased 9/.55 -> 7/1
- Overall lag increased

Ustrong
- Hitboxes streamlined
- Angle and kb made consistent 50, 8/1.15
- Start up decreased
- Dacus length improved

Dstrong
- Overall lag increased
- Hitbox size decreased
- Kbs decreased 1.2 -> 1.05

Nair
- Start up decreased by a lot
- Angle adjusted to properly combo 30/-10 -> 361

Fair
- Hitboxes simplified
- Sourspot added
- Spike hitstun mult reduced 1 -> .8

Uair
- Reworked to be a drag down enabling multi hit
- FAF increased as a result

Bair
- Angle made consistent 30/50 -> 40
- Vfx adjusted

Dair:
- Reworked to be a belmont bounce dair
- Angle changed 310 -> 70

Nspecial
- Vfx added to charge
- Charging can be stored
- Half charge is a multi hit projectile
- Full charge is a strong kill move at higher %’s

Fspecial:
- Increased start up and added whiff lag
- Decreased hitbox size
- Fixed issue where a code issue prevented the rush mechanic from working
- The rush mechanic temporarily increases blaze’s speed when double tapping fspecial
- The mechanic now has higher mobility increases depending on how much boost she has when activating it
- Rush mode is activated by double tapping special during Fspecial’s start up
- Fixed issue where Fspecial would randomly send you flying off stage at a billion miles per hour

Uspecial
- Reworked to be a multi hit at the start with a single hitbox as it travels up
- Kb increased 7/.75 -> 7-4/.95
- Improved the feel of travel physics slightly

Dspecial
- Attack jump cancel now puts blaze into the endlag window
- Pressing shield cancels spindash early
- The end lag of spindash can be attack canceled on hit
- Charging Dspecial builds a slight amount of boost
- Dspecial charges faster (and even faster with rush mode)
- Charging hitbox removed
- Travel hitbox weakened
- Travel hitbox flipper removed 10 -> 0
