Added a checkpoint on track in the 'thick cloud' section based on replay data; players that have trouble with the side to side transfers can get back them faster now. Does not affect routing for speedrunners.

Changed path of one of the background boats so that it no longer clips through buildings. The revised path is higher and offset to one side, but still plenty visible from the track.

Small update - added some cubemap renderers to the level as I forgot the first time - this should fix an issue with a building near the start and another near the end showing a teleporter in their reflections.

No other map changes made, times will not be affected.
